Curriculum

Six modules

  1. Permit map. Distinguish Blue Card, skilled-worker, and transfer routes with a decision tree tied to your offer letter.
  2. Employer evidence spine. Build the minimum viable packet: contract, job description, salary proof, and company details.
  3. Employer Letter Clinic. Annotate weak vs. strong support letters and rewrite yours against local expectations.
  4. Personal document choreography. Sequence translations, apostilles, and degree assessments without blocking the employer track.
  5. Appointment readiness. Create a binder order, FAQ answers for officers, and a plan for “please bring more” requests.
  6. Aftercare & change of employer. Understand notifications and what shifts if the role or salary changes mid-process.

Course reviews

Module three’s letter clinic was blunt in a helpful way—our first draft sounded like marketing copy. The rewrite read like something an officer could scan in two minutes.

I appreciated the aftercare module. Changing employers mid-title is stressful; the notification checklist kept our HR from improvising.

FAQ

Questions before you enroll

Is this legal advice?

No. Apiservicepath provides educational consultations and coursework on preparing paperwork. Contested refusals, criminal records, or complex prior statuses need a licensed advisor or attorney in Germany.

Can HR and the candidate share one seat?

Yes. One enrollment includes materials for both parties; mentor slots are shared, so coordinate who attends each review.

What is a real limitation of this course?

We do not secure appointments with local Ausländerbehörden, and we cannot guarantee processing times. Local office practices vary; our materials teach preparation, not outcome control.

How long does the cohort run?

Eight weeks of guided pacing with lifetime access to the core worksheets for that edition. Live mentor hours end when the cohort closes.
